It’s among the first of its kind of report on the use cases, selection criteria and success outcomes of actual AIOps implementations. Until now, most IT practitioners haven’t been able to share stories of how AIOps is actually working in production, which has positioned this report as a unique perspective on an emerging technology trend. And it hasn’t gone unnoticed.
