Why Vistara? In a nutshell, it’s the technology. In the report ESG acknowledges the Vistara IT Operations Platform (ITOP) for its ability to manage and federate on-premise private cloud and public cloud operations from a single enterprise command center. The report goes on to highlight ten core components that IT organizations must have to successfully transform themselves into CSPs.
