1) The OpsRamp Winter Release, January 2019
OpsRamp announced our Winter Release with enhanced application and virtualization topology maps, innovative artificial intelligence for IT operations (AIOps) features and new monitoring capabilities for cloud-native workloads. Our Winter Release provides greater service-centricity and context for hybrid infrastructure management and helps DevOps teams embrace more intelligent incident management with actionable, complete, and contextual event data. 2) Bhanu Singh at AIOps Expo 2019, Fort Lauderdale, FL
OpsRamp’s Bhanu Singh, SVP, Product Development & Operations, spoke at the recent AIOps Expo on January 30-February 1. Bhanu presented on ‘Context is Critical: How Richer Data Yields Richer Results in AIOps’ and engaged in a panel discussion on AIOps 101. Bhanu talked about the power of service-centricity and why enterprises need to invest in an AIOps solution with the ability to ingest, consolidate, and analyse multiple data sources for a contextual picture of system health and service uptime across the hybrid enterprise. 3) The OpsRamp Cloud Skills Report Continues to Make Waves
OpsRamp’s Cloud Skills Report continues to garner attention across the industry. In a recent blog, Google Cloud’s Rochana Golani cited the survey results as evidence of an industry-wide cloud skills deficit. Trade publications like VentureBeat, TechRepublic, and TechCrunch also linked to the report, which shares insights on how enterprises should benchmark their cloud talent acquisition and retention strategies.
4) OpsRamp Receives Integration Certification From ServiceNow
OpsRamp received the certification of our bidirectional integration with ServiceNow in January. OpsRamp’s certified integration for ServiceNow ITSM delivers accurate root cause(s) analysis, rapid incident response, and automated remediation for a unified view of IT service management and IT operations management. OpsRamp’s service-centric AIOps platform integrates with ServiceNow ITSM to proactively address IT issues, reduce constant firefighting, and rapidly restore IT services. 5) OpsRamp joins CNCF
OpsRamp is proud to join the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF). As a silver CNCF member, we will continue to engage with the amazing community of open source innovators to accelerate the development, growth, and adoption of cloud-native technologies, while also bringing insights from the community back into OpsRamp.
6) Jason Bloomberg on OpsRamp’s AIOps Capabilities
Influencer Jason Bloomberg shared why DevOps teams need an AIOps platform that can deliver a workload-centric view of their enterprise IT environment.
