May 2019 saw the announcement of our latest SaaS platform update - The OpsRamp Summer 2019 release which delivers several new AIOps innovations like OpsQ Observed mode, Topology context capabilities, out-of-the-box Kubernetes dashboards and an array of other features.  We also launched our latest AIOps report - The State Of AIOps which gives deeper insights on how AIOps is being used by enterprises in IT today. And all the while, we were controlling the chaos at two major tech events. Here is a snapshot of the best highlights from the month of May.

#1 - OpsRamp’s State of AIOps Report Reveals Fascinating Insights on AIOps Effectiveness

Following the well-received AIOps Adoption report which explored the key reasons for AIOps adoption in the enterprise, we released our inaugural  State of AIOps report. The report offers an impactful assessment of how IT leaders are actually selecting, implementing and, realizing value from AIOps tools. 200+ IT leaders from companies with at least 500 employees took the State of AIOps survey, and 100% of our respondents had actually implemented AIOps in their organizations. The report garnered the attention of several media publications like the Wall Street Journal, The New Stack,  Jaxenter, DevOps.com and more. Analyst Kurt Marko wrote an excellent piece on the report for Diginomica. Jordan Sher, Director of Corporate Marketing, captures all the coverage here. Download the entire report here.

#2 - OpsRamp’s Summer 2019 Release - Reliable, Accurate AIOps insights with OpsQ’s Observed Mode

Our State of AIOps Report indicated that 67% of respondents have concerns about the relevance, reliability of the insights from AIOps tools. That’s why our Summer Release includes OpsQ Observed Mode, which ensures greater transparency into machine learning models for performance analysis by letting IT teams access the power of AIOps recommendations in shadow mode. OpsQ Observed Mode builds trust and confidence in how machine learning algorithms can surface relevant insights for recognizing, repairing, and fixing problems with actionable insights. Other exciting new features include out-of-the-box Kubernetes dashboards, Cloud Topology for AWS and more. ITOps Times reviewed the features here. DevOpsonline.co.uk talks about how DevOps teams will benefit from greater AIOps insights in this article about the Summer 2019 release. Read all about what’s new here.
